Dudley’s favorite place of all time is the Huntington dog beach.  We can spend hours there with huge silly grins watching our little boy play, prance, and have the time of his life swimming and playing with the other dogs.  Really, he’s hysterical.  He gets so excited he runs in circles trying to get the […]

Loving this last shot, it looks like he knows the camera is on him.ReplyCancel

I feel like a new person.  It’s been 3 weeks on Monday since I’ve been gluten/dairy free and 2 weeks last Friday since my surgery.  I cannot begin to explain how wonderful I feel!  Even though my stitches have some healing, the area below my belly button is a tad bruised and my stomach is […]

This is good news, Summer! I also hope you had a good Valentine’s Day/Anniversary!
Nick is going to have a door job in San Diego sometime soon, so we will have to fly or drive out. We hope to be able to see you then!
    Keep feeling healthy!
    Love, RachelleReplyCancel

That’s great Sum! My next door neighbor is doing the whole gluten & dairy free diet and she’s lost a ton of weight and seems to feel great as well. Being the skeptic that I am (must be genetic) I’ve asked her if she thinks it’s a placebo effect as well. Ha! Glad it’s working for you. And I too, can not give up my dairy. Blast those Swiss genes! 🙂ReplyCancel

Rachelle! We can’t wait to see you both–we’ll have to do something fun, like the zoo or Sea World. 🙂
Amanda, that’s hilarious…you two are so much alike. Our house is pretty much gluten free now–I have him on board for one thing now at least!
Heather, another girl’s night is in order soon!ReplyCancel

Well done Summer! It takes a lot of dedication but you have got the right attitude. Keep us posted. I’m trying to go as sugar free as possible for Lent, I know I’m such a good Catholic ;). I’m on day three and I’m shocked how much I have turned down that I would have normally put in my body, like girl scout cookies, ice cream, baklava and the kicker….cheesecake. Something about Bruford’s and their cheese, what can we do?ReplyCancel
