    Start the probiotics now! Antibiotics kill all bacteria–good and bad, so take the probiotics to replenish that good bacteria.ReplyCancel

    I’d recommend having your vitamin D levels checked as well. The symptoms you describe are similar to many of mine and I was diagnosed with a severe vitamin D deficiency. After months of taking a mega dose many of my symptoms have disappeared and I have had only one mild cold this winter.
